ABOUT ME. 

Aim of my consultant activity is to share technical knowledge and more then 30 years of experience in research and development of new solutions, throughout the phases of discovery, early and late development.

I have worked for many years in primary as well in secondary research in academia and in the industry in Italy and abroad. My original technical background is on molecular pharmacology and electrophysiology.

While I have focused my activities on the neurobiology field, I had the opportunity to work in several research areas and in the R&D of several therapeutic areas including wellbeing products, pain relief, disinfection. 

During my manager experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I have worked in scouting and evaluating opportunities. As member of many Due Diligence teams from early to late-stage projects, I have evaluated several hundreds of new products, platforms, and research programs, spanning from small molecules, biologic and medical devices.

Experience in scientific networking, public-private partnership throughout the industry value chain.

Competencies on Project management, Team building and Research strategy, as well as Competitive intelligence experience to provides crucial technical insights and support business strategies. Significant part of my activities was dedicated to creation and management of Intellectual Properties to support product/project value proposition.
